Description and location of the Project

Close to the Rokytka River Highlands, a new multi-stage project, Emil Kolben, is being built.
The first phase of the project will offer a total of 133 new homes. The offered apartments are in sizes from 1 to 4 room, the floor area ranges from 29 m2 to 103 m2. On the first floor apartments are counted with practical front gardens, the sixth and the seventh recessed floors are generous terraces, most of which will be a balcony or loggia.
